Community Booths
Free booth space for open source projects and community groups at SCaLE 24x.
April 1–4, 2027 · Pasadena Convention Center, 300 E Green St, Pasadena, CA 91101
One thing that makes SCaLE special is that we mix open source projects and community groups in alongside our commercial sponsors on the expo floor. Your favorite projects sit right next to the companies that depend on them.
Every year we set aside booth space for open source projects and communities to showcase their work, meet their existing community, and find new users and contributors.

What we ask in return

- Text for your booth sign and a logo we can print
Expo floor hours
| Day | Opens | Closes |
|---|---|---|
| Friday, April 2 | 1:00 pm | 5:00 pm |
| Saturday, April 3 | 10:00am | 5:00 pm |
Your booth needs someone at it for all of these hours.
The booth is free. Showing up is the deal.
Booth space is limited, and every booth we hold is one that another project cannot have. If your plans change, tell us as early as you can — it costs you nothing and lets us offer the space to someone else. What we cannot do anything about is an empty booth on the floor. You will see the full terms and agree to them after we accept your application.
Applications close on January 15, 2027.
